“The session I had with Jesse was life changing; it allowed me to feel into my body and experience co-regulation with another human in a way I didn’t realize I was yearning for. I was able to really feel into where I was storing things in my body and give attention to that area without fear, but instead curiosity. ”
the details:
I offer a free, 15-minute consult to see if it’s a mutual fit.
Sessions are 60 minutes each session thereafter.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots each month. Those sessions are at a reduced rate and length (45-minute sessions.)

my approach to somatics
Sōma is Greek for “body”. Somatic practices exist in all cultures and provide pathways back into your innate knowing and connection to your life.
I completed the Hakomi Comprehensive Training in 2021, a highly experiential two years of study. In 2022, I completed additional supervision by licensed mental health professionals to become a Certified Practitioner in the Hakomi Method.
If you are interested, we can incorporate other modalities I’ve studied and trained in, including astrology and holistic health. We use these to deepen your self-discovery and ultimately build your best life. I enjoy helping folks feel more embodied, self-aware, and have a greater sense of agency.
Somatic work is a beautiful complement to cognitive behavioral therapy, or for anyone looking to strengthen their mind-body connection, build body awareness, and feel more empowered in their day-to-day lives.
After sessions, people often feel less tension in their bodies, more peace, more clarity about behavioral patterns and belief systems, more compassion towards their own experience, more resilience, and a sense of “connecting the dots”.
* If you have less experience with somatic work/mindfulness, we may spend more time talking at first, increasing mindful exploration as we build trust and safety. Each client’s sessions will adapt to meet the needs of the individual. As with most healing modalities, more than a few sessions are needed to affect meaningful change.
It is important to note that I am not a licensed mental health provider, registered dietitian or medical doctor. I am not qualified to diagnose and treat any medical or psychological conditions. Any and all advice/suggestions are simply suggestions and invitations.
